Dinner @ Far East Plaza .............

Went Far East Plaza for dinner today ... Was wandering around before deciding on one of the small eateries at the top floor ... Food okie nia but that was where my husband and i used to go when we just started working ... so muz look for cheap and nice ..

Look at me ... the sulky versions of the Emoticons ... hahaha




Fai had his usual fare .... Crispy noodles with Beef ....

And me with my Seafood Hokkien Mee ....

Reminds me of the good old days sia .. when i'm like 21 years old ... sob sob ..

"Tamade" .. Time really wait for nobody sia ....

oh dear .... birthdays coming .....

fai's birthday in May and mine in June ... this is so sad ... getting older

hmmmm .... think it will be sad to celebrate the appearances of more winkles and the decrease in the elasticity of my skin ... but it will be a good opportunity to gorge myself with food and not feeling guilty about it ... so blast those winkles and sagging skins ... i prefer food .. hahaha

I guess now would be a good time to start planning for it .... a holiday or a gathering ... shall start sleeping on it and hopefully can decide on something soon

This is getting out of hand ... sighhhhh!!!!

Had Nasi Lemak for dinner with Fai and John .... Maybe the rice tasted good or i'm just greedy or maybe the company was great ... so there i go again ... ate too full ... probably that explains why i am still wide awake at this hour .... so sad ....

Baby ... so cute!!!

Visited my ex-colleague today whom just gave birth to her second child and looking so radiant and happy. The baby looks so small (maybe cos less then a month old) and .... red. I loved looking at them because they look so cute with their semi-closed eye lids and small little hands and feet. However, they always freaked me out.... why? i have no idea ... maybe it's because they look so small, feel so soft and look so vulnerable.

Suddenly so many people around are starting a family so i guess the question to ask myself soon will be "When to have my own kids?" Sound scary ......

Beautiful Sunday....

Such a nice morning for cycling ... slightly cloudy and windy ....
Went to East Coast Park with my friend who's hoping to master the art of cycling ...
So there we are at a quiet corner and both of us keeping our fingers crossed .. hoping for no casualties and bloodshed .. hahaha
Had a fun morning but had to end the day at around 11am to appease our rumbling stomach after all the workouts. Had lunch at Marine Parade Hawker Centre before proceeding to our next stop ... Singapore Changi Airport ...



Picked up my brother-in-law and his wife at the airport who's returning from their Bangkok shopping trip ... They sure had a enjoyable time there with the purchased of a new suitcase to pack in those additional stuffs they bought .... hahaha ...

Shopping is sure therapeutic and i'm already looking forward for my next trip there ..

Potato Puffs!

Today's lunch ... mother-in-law homemade potate puffs ...
Not going to reveal the ingredients so just enjoy the pictures ....
Good lunch but not really to my liking cos too meaty for me but it suits my husband's taste just fine

Disney On Ice ...

Went to watch this on 13th March 2007 with my mum and sis ...... remembered the last show i watched was Disney On Ice : My Little Mermaid with Ah Fai. That was during our courtship days.. maybe around 6 yrs ago ..... Yes!!! we were that boring from the start ... "_"

My mum looks bored while my sis enjoys her hotdog ...... place looks empty since we were pretty early for the show ...

Haha ... almost forgotten about taking pictures tili noticed all the flashes going off opposite me .... By then the first part about Nemo being caught by some silly diver from Sydney already over .... this is when Nemo's father whose name i can't recalled embarked on the "Finding Nemo" journey and encountered the shark gang.

The turtle and its kids ... cute ...


As usual ... the familiar faces of Disney to end the show ...
Overall an interesting show with all the "Woooos" and "Ahhhhs" with many many laughters ....

Met up with Andy and William for dinner and drinks .... fai tagged along to supervise us ... haha

But judging from this picture ... think no supervision required ... they are obviously much more interested in each other .....

met up with Wiiliam and Andy on 16 March 2007 for dinner and drinks ...... we all met during our vacation job at Singapore Mint ... think it's 1994 then and we've been good friends ever since. They had gone through many happy and sad moments with me so i want to say;

Thank you guys ... for being my friends ... Luv u both!!!
